System Architecture and Functional Configuration
The system adopts a centralized management architecture with distributed functions, distributed tasks, and distributed risk, integrating technologies such as IC cards, network communication, explosion-proof technology, and radio frequency identification (RFID) through a unified “One Card” system.
The quantitative loading system is integrated with the IC card access control system, enabling automation of the entire production management process, including order issuance, access to the storage area, and automatic loading operations. This ensures efficient and accurate information transfer throughout all stages of production management, while minimizing the uncertainty associated with manual data entry and preventing fraudulent practices related to manual measurement.
The system is centered on the Quantitative Loading Subsystem and is divided into four major functional modules:
